it takes for a person
to go to heaven?
We understand the church to be the body of Christ. Jesus Is the head of the Church. This means that the church is the group of people who have committed themselves to Jesus Christ. They have received the eternal life that He purchased on Calvary's Cross.
Jesus said, "I am the way, and the truth and the life; no one comes to the Father but through me" (John 14:6 NASB). It is the desire of the North Acres Baptist Church to help people find that way, discover that truth and experience the life of Christ. We believe that in Jesus Christ every need of mankind can be met. The fulfillment and meaning of life can only be found in Him. In Jesus there is peace, joy, happiness, and purpose for living. Therefore, the aim of our entire church program is to lift up and glorify Jesus and to lead people into a personal relationship with Him as Savior and Lord.
It is our hope that we may be a shining light reflecting the true light of Jesus Christ. We preach Christ crucified, buried, and resurrected as the only hope of man. We believe that repentance of sin and faith in Christ alone is the only way of salvation.
